Information Systems Directorate (Sisfo) a directorate under the auspices of Telkom University who support academic and non-academic in terms of information technology.

Directorate gave information about the application service, website management, intranet or internet, and data center. Support and feedback from the academic community is urgently needed to better service.

In order to support the target of Telkom University to become a World Class University (WCU), Information Systems Directorate (Sisfo) serves an enabler that provides a means of supporting the WCU achievement in the field of Information Technology .

other than that, Sisfo committed to gradually shifting towards customer focus from the previous operational focus. If you have previously focused Sisfo is smooth operations, then little by little directorate Sisfo will start focusing on customer satisfaction in the Telkom University, without forgetting the smooth operation of IT services. Thus the expected level of service Sisfo can be increased and better.
