Laporan Tahunan Layanan Helpdesk Sistem Informasi Periode 2019 User Service report as guidance for handling and follow-up service user complaints related to services provided Telkom University. Service users are all those who benefit from the services provided by Telkom University directly, namely students, lecturer, and officials. The main media grievance is the application ticketing di iGracias. Other media such as email, telephone, short message, and social media are included in the calculation.

The following description of the operational tasks in the service report information system.
1. The provision of data services as well as academic and non academic information for the users and stakeholders
2. Availability of information system applications and operational processes of academic data to the appropriate business processes of academic and non academic underway
3. Analysis of user needs adjustment of information system applications and academic data
4. Testing and evaluation of information systems and data of academic and non academic who has been completely developed by part risbangsi.
