User Service report as guidance for handling and follow-up service user complaints related to services provided Telkom University. Service users are all those who benefit from the services provided by Telkom University directly, namely students, lecturer, and officials. The main media grievance is the application ticketing di iGracias. Other media such as email, telephone, short message, and social media are included in the calculation.
